Application Period: June 1, 2026, through August 21, 2026
We will be accepting applications from students located in Wayne, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, and Washtenaw Counties under section 105 and 105c School of Choice. We are accepting unlimited applications in grades K-8 beginning Monday June 1, 2026, through August 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
Applications will be on-line at https://www.redfordu.k12.mi.us/enroll-now/ beginning June 1, 2026. You can access the School of Choice Application by Clicking on Grades K-8 School of Choice Application on the right-hand side or click the yellow bar, School of Choice Pre-Enrollment, which will have a link to the application in it as well. You must complete one application for EACH child you are enrolling. Once you have submitted your application, please continue to Pre-Enrollment. Once your Pre-Enrollment is submitted with all required documentation you will receive an Acceptance or Denial Letter.
We must have your School of Choice Application and all required documentation including a behavior report on or before August 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

The Redford Union Board of Education and the Administration is launching a new initiative to guide Redford Union Schools through a Three- to Five-Year Strategic Plan. The purpose of a strategic plan is to help develop new goals and strategies for continuing to offer an excellent education for our students.
The strategic plan is developed using data—along with the feedback of staff, students and community members—to help create a shared vision for the future that will help make the district an even better place for our students.
Your ideas about the strengths of Redford Union Schools are very important, as well as your opinions concerning where there is opportunity for growth and continued improvement. Therefore, you are invited to provide input during two scheduled face-to-face sessions or electronically through the survey link below. All input must be received by March 22, 2026 to provide adequate time to include the information in our District report.
Face to Face Input Sessions will be held on March 17, 2026, at the following times:
