CHICKEN CLUB

Students meet one day a week after school to tend to the school's chickens, who live on site.  THis involves cleaning their coop, collecting eggs, replenishing their food and water and giving them their favorite snack--mealworms.  One day each month we cook the collected eggs and eat them.  We try to teach students as many different ways to cook and eat eggs as we can.

ECONOMICS CLUB

This club meets once a week to manage the vending machine.  Students control the inventory, keep records on expenses and profits, and make decisions on what to sell and at what price.
